Recently a Mercedes Benz owner lost their key while at work. Even though we call it a key it’s actually a fob that you put in the ignition and twist to turn on. The dealership said it would be three days before they could have a new key and they would have to tow the vehicle into the dealership to have it done. The work location was a long way from any dealer and a tow would be expensive. I went out to the vehicle and using the proper equipment programmed in two new keys.
