Alcatraz Lock & Key provides professional locksmith services in the Phoenix metropolitan area, including but not limited to:

• Commercial locksmith services (access control, master key systems, high-security locks)
• Safe services (safe opening, repair, moving, and installation)
• Emergency 24/7 locksmith services

Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information you provide and standard service conditions. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual complexity of the job upon inspection
• Parts and materials required
• Time of service (emergency/after-hours rates may apply)
• Travel distance to service location

We will provide a final quote before beginning any work and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Proof of Ownership

For your security and legal compliance, we require proof of ownership or authorization before providing lockout services or creating replacement keys. Acceptable forms of identification include valid government-issued ID, vehicle registration, lease agreements, or property ownership documents.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Major credit and debit cards
• Checks (subject to approval)

A service call fee may apply if you cancel after a technician has been dispatched.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Parts and products carry their manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alcatraz Lock & Key shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alcatraz Lock & Key, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
